Shipping policy
All orders ship from US warehouse.
We ship to all 50 US states.
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking included.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days before they ship. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, it arrives in 3-7 business days.
In total, most orders arrive 4-12 business days after you place them.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery is handled by the carrier and timing is out of our hands
Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
If you have not received your tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, email us at help@haloony.com with your order number. We'll prioritize your message and get back to you the same business day.
Carriers
We ship through major US carriers. Your specific carrier will be shown in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.
Wrong Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We begin processing orders within 1-5 business days, so there is only a small window to correct a wrong address.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at help@haloony.com. Once an order has entered processing, we cannot change the shipping address.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or reshipment at our cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with neighbors, household members, and your building's mailroom or front desk.

Wait 24 hours — packages occasionally show "delivered" before the carrier completes the final stop.

Contact your local carrier with your tracking number to file a claim.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the package is the customer's responsibility.
For packages where tracking has not updated for over 14 days (calendar days) and was never marked delivered, contact us at help@haloony.com with your order number. We will ask the carrier what's wrong and provide you all necessary information, but carrier investigations are handled directly between you and the carrier.

Delays Outside Our Control
We will do our best to dispatch your order on time, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

We will keep you informed if we become aware of any delay affecting your order.
Missing Items
If your order arrives with missing items, contact us within 3 days of delivery (calendar days, including weekends) at help@haloony.com with your order number and a photo of what you received.
Orders containing 2 or more items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. Please allow a few extra days before reporting an item as missing.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
